Judges decisions are final, Please no arguing with the judges. Also please don't get in the judges ways while they are judging. This includes to take pictures, take horses off or bring up to the ring or talk to the judge.
Please do not load horses onto tables until told to do so. We may be using a different ring or splitting classes. All horses left on the tables when next class is called will go to the pony pound.
No dusting of horses at the show ring, Dusting should be done prior to coming up to the ring. We don't want dust going onto someone else's horse.
Horses may be laid on the table but this gives the judge permission to pick up your horse to look at the other side.
NAMHSA approved. All 1st and 2nd place horses will receive a NAN card.
Limit of 3 Horses halter per class. Limit two horses per performance class. Any extra horses entered will be $1. Please place $1 next to your horse. China classes have no limits.
All decorator classes must have documentation for your horse with the following information: year or years produced, regular run or special run, how many produced what makes it collectable and any other information.
Please limit size of documentation to one 8x10 size. No electronic devices allowed.
Performance will have 7 minutes between classes to setup. A timer will be used.
1st-6th placings in each class will receive a flat ribbon (may be paper). Champion and Reserve will receive flat ribbons. Overall Champion & Reserve in each division will get rosettes and a surprise.
I have decided to make things run easier that all entries must use business size card or larger for each class entered. On front will be horse’s breed and on back horse’s name and owners name. The judges will then when placing the class pick up the card and put the placing on the card. You will need a card for each horse entered and each class entered, Including Championship classes if your horse won 1st or 2nd in its class.

Classes may be split according to judge’s discretion or if entries warrant, per judge’s decision.
If you have any questions please ask.
